Analiza Fatores ne’ebe Implika ba Pratika Trabalho Infantil iha Capital Díli (Estudu Kazu iha Capital Díli)

Timor Leste is a new nation in a process of developing all sector for the wellbeing of all citizen. Therefore, appear phenomena that children minor age continues to sell food supplies in the Capital Dili to support financial household. Objective of this research is to know the factors results for the children with age 5-16 selling foods in the Capital Dili.
This research shows the nature of descriptive qualitative in where the researcher will interview the children in Largo Lecidere, Audian, JardimKolmera, TasiIbunIgrejaMotael and KampungBaru. This research interviewing 33 children, 24 Male and 9 females. From all this sample, 12 children had stop studying at school, 21 children still studying, in this research shows that parentshouse expenses $3 per each day and minimum $ 2 is not enough to support the children’s needs. The parents’ income maximum $5/day and minimum $3/day. In this research interviewing total 8 key informants such as NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) or Institutions, Parents total 5 households and local authorities or Village Chief 5 people.
Results of this research shows that the income and expenses is not enough to support family needs, less of facilities for children’s such as bag, books, pens, shoes, clothes, minimum of level education from parents, and less responsibilities from parents to children’s. Relevant institutions have not made law or regulation for children’s protection to support mother law number 18 in a constitution Republic Democratic of Timor Leste.
